the worst customer service and salon I’ve ever been!!❌❌ they were rushing me for no reason. I was looking for the color I want so but I couldn’t find it so I asked for the light purple color the guy who was getting my nails done didn’t help me to get the right color. he did my nails so bad and he was so mean to me idk why and when I couldn’t find the right color he literally told Me “don’t get your nails done then” ‍♀️ so I had to ended up with powder and shellac on the top. I even called the customer service but she didn’t care I will never go there ever again.

This is my go to place. I feel like you get a lot with even just the basic pedicure. Acrylics definitely depend on the skill of the tech but they do a good job overall. My regular girl left but I’ve had other techs keeping my nails nice. The staff are always very nice and take their time.

This is my second time at this nail salon where i was either over charged , or told a different price upon finish of my nails then when I went to check out , the last time at the salon I had a pedicure+ Gell + 2 toe nails added , eyebrows & , manicure +gell overlay (total of 6 services) and was charged $128 I thought that I did not receive the manicure asked her to take it off my charge

I came in for a new full set in my hands and a pedicure, the guy doing my nails didn’t take the time to even take off my old set (the French tip) he didn’t remove it and just filled my old set down to be thin enough to add more acrylic on top …. very disappointing considering they still charged me for a full set , very messy job as well , it’s looks okay from the front considering they didn’t blend the glitter at all but from the back it looks HORRIBLE you can see the old set from the back I would come here often but NEVER coming back.

Very outdated techniques and dirty. Towels and pillows are old, not clean, and strings hanging. Wasn’t happy with the quality of service or how my nails came out, and neither was my sister. She saw her toenail was filed crooked, and they told her that it’s not them it’s her cuticle. Funny she never had that problem any other nail salon. She had to ask three times for it to finally be fixed. Then she wasn’t happy with the polish thickness on her hands, and was told no one looks that closely so don’t worry about it. Well we look that closely as we are paying for the service!! It should be a good quality if you’re going to charge top dollar. Will not be returning here again, the person up front didn’t even ask how our service was. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Ew!
