I’m starting to think they let anybody work here. How can you mess up a pedicure? I told Stacy, the lady at the front counter that the guy did a terrible job on my feet and she tells me he’s not that good and to make sure I make an appointment next time so that I can get someone good. If he is not good at the job then why is he working here at all?! My money is good so I expect the service to be too. I went again and apparently, the lady that did my dip set only does GEL nails. She spent two hours plus on my nails and they were HORRIBLE. Stacy tried to come fix them but ended up asking me to come back the next day because it was so late and they were closed. And let’s not get into the prices. They are robbing people. If you get any length at your fingertips or longer they are charging you $5-$10. I pay $25 EXTRA for gel polish then have to pay $5 for you to take it off when I come back in two weeks. It’s ridiculous. I am so over this place and I definitely won’t be going back. The picture shows my nails ONE DAY after getting them done! Less than 24 hours i was back to get an entirely new set. Just a waste of my time! Two of them were coming up already and the shape was horrible Not going back here ever again!

I usually always drive out to Prosper to get my nails done by a husband and wife team, but, sadly, the are out of town. My nails were pretty messed up from going on vacay so I stopped in to Grandlux to get nails done.

Like many of these other reviews say.. BUYER BEWARE! I came to this salon because it’s so close to my house, boy did I make a mistake! I visited the store on a Friday, I got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The only reason there’s one star is because my pedicure was mostly fantastic! Great pressure for my massage, great looking toes, and compliments of how he enjoyed working with me. However, this is the first time I’ve never been asked about length and he left them entirely too long I had to go home and trim them myself. On the other hand, there’s not one positive thing I can share about my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for six years and I have never had such bad looking nails. I even had to stick around after words to have her clean them and get all of the glue and stuff from underneath, which she had a bad attitude about and still didn’t clean them up well. I had to go home and use my own tools to try to make them look somewhat okay. My boyfriend was shocked when I got home and was surprised I even paid for them, let alone tipped the girl! I then visited back the following Monday, unfortunately I had to be serviced by the same girl or would have had to pay full price.. again.. I kindly explained to her what my issues were; nails were way too thick (thicker than any dip I’ve ever had, and acrylic are meant to be much thinner), my nails weren’t painted all the way, the gel paint was chipping, and she didn’t trim my cuticles like I had requested. She continued to then try to tell me I was incorrect and acrylic nails are supposed to be like *4 inches* thick so they don’t break.. ridiculous. The attached pictures are her SECOND attempt (I failed to take picture of the first round as I thought the issue would be fixed) but they’re still horrible! Paint everywhere, sloppy all around, and she scoffed and refused to trim my cuticles again! Insane! I honestly feel bad for the sweet receptionist and wonder if she’s aware that she’s representing (at least) one of the worst nail techs I’ve ever experienced.

Me and my friend went here today with my mom and we had an amazing experience. The staff were nice, especially my nail tech. She was super friendly and nice. She talked to me, my friend, and my mom throughout the time we were there getting our nails done. Our nails turned out great!

My nail lady was Tracy she was so nice! I got a acrylic fill gel from her and she did such a good job. She was very kind and focused on the nails. She paid much focus and precision to each nail. My end nail set ended so nicely. I also walked in with no appointment and was seated right away and did not wait one minute. I recommend this place! Nice workers and fast service.

2 nails cracked and broke off in less than a week. 3rd a few days later. Manager refused to fix all of them clearly seeing/knowing they were done badly and would all be uneven due to 3 fixes. My cuticles are always peeling and ruined as well. When I said I wouldn’t return she said, “That’s ok, thank you!” so very clearly they do not care about their technician’s work or keeping business. $52 didn’t even last 1 week.. won’t waste time or money here ever again.

Xander is amazing! I come here often and usually receive “ok” service. I stopped in as the norm for my normal fill/ design and was shown to his work station. He made me feel at ease and is easy to talk to and we had a great time together. I never book appointments but I have finally found my guy! I just had my 2nd appointment with him today and it topped my first visit.

If you are looking for quality work, this is your place. Techs are very talented and attention to detail. I’m loyal to my techs… Xander never disappoints on my nails. Whether you are looking for simple and classy he’s honest and will tell you the truth. His designs are top notch. MT is the best on pedicure he takes his time and my feet feel like babies skin. My husband gets his pedicure and manicure by Angie. He is very satisfied every single time. Lastly shout out to my longest friend / owner Kim. She will always make sure you are taken care of and she will do it with such professionalism. Ps; tip your people they do really good work and deserve to be treated just as you would like to be treated if you did an awesome job. Try it out… you won’t be disappointed ❤️❗️
